Dreams - Stoke on Trent

I was helped by Sam who I understand was quite new at the store I received excellent customer service from him and the store manager while I was there they were both very helpful and I could not fault the service I received.

The sales assistant was highly attentive and listened well to my reuiqrements. She did evrything possible to secure me the best price possible within my budget. Matresses were put onto different bed frames so that I could experince how it would feel on the particular bed frame I was interested in. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble.

The store assistant was very knowledgeable about your products and was very pleasant to deal with

We were looked after by Jane, she was extremely friendly and personable. She took time to explain all the products and their qualities. She made us feel at ease and gave us time and space to try the products at our own pace. She made us a coffee. There were plently of staff to help if needed, all the staff were very freindly and enjoyed sharing a laugh. When we came to purchasing, the process was efficient, the saturday deliver surcharge was not excessive neither the assembly surcharge, it's a very useful service. The car park was large, the store was large no crowds, no pushy sales people. The store had a great display of the procucts, all clearly marked price wise and information wise. The store was clean and looked competently run. The coffee machine was clean and hygienic looking. All in all a very good customer experience. We are now looking forward to our bed being delivered on Saturday 8th Sept. Thanks Dreams
