Andrew was very helpful offered drinks as soon as we walked in offered us a feet up on the beds very very happy with him and he is a great person for the job fab man

Very friendly service and advice , may have bought cheaper elsewhere but not for this service and quality. And such a good range.

Greeted on arrival very friendly staff who helped me to choose the mattress that suited my health needs. Didn't feel rushed or pressured during the visit. Happy with the service and delivery arrangements.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams mainly because of the service given by Dina who was very efficient, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. A first class sales assistant.

Good product range, Knowledgeable assistant, good pricing.

Jane the sales assistant was brilliant asked us what bed we have and what we were looking for, she spent ages with us trying out different beds. she helped us to work through the beds to find the one we found the most comfortable. she had a really good knowledge of the different beds and mattresses and explained the difference between the different mattresses and offers that were on at the time.

Great experience with Dreams, they had the bed we wanted and offered to not deliver it until we were ready in February, which surpassed their dates on their system being December. Great customer service given.

Sales were very efficient & had a good knowledge of the product range to satisfy our needs. However, we did change our minds on the matteress we were going to have so we don't really know how good it will be until after we've tried it.
