Dina, the sales lady was very knowledgeable about the different products on offer and was very helpful and friendly.

Went to Benson beds first but then decided to have a look in dreams we wanted a tempur mattress so glad I did Andrew was fantastic met all our needs and explained everything what fantastic customer service in fact if I did pay more from dreams I wasn’t bothered due to the fact of the service we recieved I’ve already reccomended to friends who are visiting your store next week to purchase the same mattress & we are coming back next week to purchase a bedstead

Jane was most helpful. The delivery time for the Mocha divan is unfortunately a week later than other variants. We decided to wait the extra week to get the finish we wanted.

As soon as you walked through the door Jane was very friendly and made you feel welcome she even asked if we wanted a drink she explained every bed we tryed until we found the Wright one

Staff weren't too pushy, gave advice and then gave us time to browse. Price matched with offer we saw on quidco.

Good choice of beds. Excellent layout within the store, we could see the type of bed we required and the explanations were very user friendly. The assistant was very professional and knowledgeable about the beds. At no time did my wife and I feel under any pressure to purchase.
