Dreams - Stoke on Trent

We were served by a guy called Andrew and we thought his knowledge and expertise along with his customer service were excellent. So much so that we were very happy to purchase a new mattress and glad to give dreams our business and we would definitely deal with him again.

On entering the store Jane approached us to see if she could be of assistance.We very much appreciated the help and advice she gave to us as there was so much to chose from in your store.She could not have been more polite and knowledgeable with the product.WE WOULD LIKE TO THANK HER VERY MUCH FOR THE SERVICE.

Andrew the assistant was very helpful and even stayed open to enable me to look and measure up the bed l was interested in. Gave me really good advice on the mattresses available and l did not feel rushed despite it being closing time. I was able to get all the information l needed and more as l also needed a second bed sizing up just in case l changed my mind or one didn't fit the space we had. I was really pleased because l knew that if one of those beds fitted it could also be delivered to fit in with other arrangements we had as he check availability and delivery dates for my area. He was patient helpful and very pleasant. Returned later that week with my husband so that we could both make that final decision and check out the mattresses and Andrew was again very cheerful and welcoming. Business was concluded quickly and professionally.

There was a large choice of items, the store was clean and welcoming and the staff were friendly assistance was readily available without being at all pushy.

Moment we walked in we were greeted and asked if we would like a drink. All the different mattress types explained to us. Delivery options discussed and how our old mattress could be taken away. Great service from start to finish. Staff member was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Got us a fantastic deal that we are very happy with.

The member of staff that helped us called Dina was extremely friendly and helpful and was very professional and offered us tea and coffee I will be shopping in the stoke store again

The cleanliness and lay out of the store, the range of products available and the knowledge and friendliness of the Sales lady (Dina).

We arrived as Dreams was due to close. But Andrew stayed open for us and spent time with us. He did not make us feel rushed despite staying open just for us. He was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable and helped us to make the right decision on our bed.

We had everything we wanted in the stoke on trent store. We had help from the moment we walked in.very helpfull.we had plenty of time to look around and help with mattresses and the sale and discount was truly fantastic..I will certainly recommend to friends.x

The staff were really friendly & helpful but not at all ‘pushy’. The lady who served us was very knowledgeable about the product we purchased. The quality of the stock was of very high standard & the store was very clean
