Dreams - Stoke on Trent

The staff were briallnt and took care of what I wanted very quickly. The only down side was that the system too a while to process everything but I guess that can happen with an older system. Everything else was great though. If I could reccemd the gentleman and lady that helped us I would.

Staff were friendly and polite and extremely helpful - not pushy. Gave us time to try out the different mattresses and offered us a drink.

We were greeted by Andrew as we were looking at the mattresses and we were given information about all the different products to help us decide the best one for us. We purchased a new mattress and 2 pillows . Andrew was very efficient and friendly whilst taking us through all the paperwork

Jake was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained all the different options to us along with the range that we were interested in.

The gentleman who came to assist us knew exactly what I wanted, he took the time to listen to me. I didn’t feel pressured at anytime to purchase anything for Dreams he made me feel very at ease and explained a lot about the beds he showed me. As the bed I purchase was for my 2 year old son it was extreamly important to me I took the time and got what I thought was the best bed for him and Andrew ( the gentleman who works at Dreams) took the time to listen to what I wanted and showed me what was best for a small child. I can’t thank Andrew enough for his polite mannerism and making me feel very at ease during my visit to Dreams. I would 1000% recommend Dreams and would express they personally ask for Andrew. He did go above and beyond for me, including showing me bedding for the bed and allowing me to pay in 3 parts which is a lot for me.Thank you again. Looking forward to having the bed in my home.

Dina on the in-store team, greeted us when we arrived and pointed out the beds and mattresses that would suit our needs. She then gave us plenty of time to choice the products we liked best. As soon as we were ready the place an order she helped us through the process and sorted out a delivery date. Dina dealt with us in a very professional but friendly manner. We'd done some research on beds before our visit and the Dreams options looked the best, so we made you store our first call. This was also influenced by the fact that we bought a mattress from the same store 6 years ago and we very happy with the service and the product. It was great to see that the same high standards of 2011 still apply.

Price and a lot of choices and the staff were extremely helpful

As soon as we walked through the door we were met my a smiling friendly guy called Andrew.He asked us what we were looking for & he showed us a few products, & we were impressed with the Tempur Cooltouch straight away after having a try out.We were happy with the price & guarantee.We were also introduced to the Manager Jake, & offered refreshments.

Andrew was very helpful, following a discussion about what we required showed us a selection of different qualities and prices, allowed us to try them and was very knowledgable about the products.

Andy the sales person gave great advice and tailored my needs and purchases perfectly. We were offered refreshments and the purchase process was fast and all relevant information was explained thoroughly Overall the experience was friendly and professional, Andy made us feel very welcome and did a brilliant job of talking through our purchase options and delivering a brilliant service.
