Great customer service while buying our new bed.

We were welcomed into the store in a friendly way by Jane. We were given a tour of the likely mattress we were looking for. We were left to explore ourselves and told that help was on hand. The assistant(s) could not have been more helpful. I had a lovely cup of tea! We were not pressurised but we got helpful and knowledgeable advice. Once we had made up our minds the paperwork was completed very efficiently and Jane could not have been more polite and genuinely pleasant. The whole ‘shopping’ experience could not have been more satisfactory. Five store members spoke to us at different times and all were lovely. Thanks to all concerned for their helpfulness.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, without being forceful or pushy. They had a good knowledge, and fixed us up with exactly what we were looking for.

The advisor (Andrew) introduced himself to us immediately, was able to answer our queries there & then.... and made the booking (for delivery) very effectively and efficiently. A credit to Dreams.

Staff were very helpful and took the time to explain the quality of the products and to answer questions. We didn't feel 'rushed' or under pressure, infact we were made very welcome.

On visiting the store we were asked if we needed help, which we did, but the assistant was never pushy, gave us time on our own to talk and kept coming back to check on us, at no stage were we pressured into buying, the decision was entirely our own. Buying a bed is not something you do everyday, so you have got to try and get it right, but having been shown the different beds and told details about them we did come to a decision, but the added bonus was the 40day exchange, but I am confident that it will not be needed as I am sure we have made the right choice, once we get used to it and our bodies adjust to it we will be ok.

We were met as soon as we entered the store by a very pleasant assistant who explained the layout of the products, assured us that we could try any of the mattresses we liked and assured us that she would be on hand for any other information or queries we might have. We were then free to browse and not hurried or pressured into buying. Having made a decision, our order was processed efficiently, delivery date was agreed and our consumer rights and guarantees clearly explained. We were very happy with the whole experience.

Excellent service provided by Sue. She took the time to ascertain our needs and requirements and recommended appropriate products. This was our third time of purchasing from the store and it was nice that she remembered us from our previous visits
