Jane was very knowledgable, she listened to what we wanted and was able to give good advice and acted very professionable

The assistant was very helpful and informative. The colour coding on the beds was very helpful as I could see at a glance which type of bed I wanted without having to look at every bed. The assistant was able to give background information on how and where the bed that I chose was made. The assistant was not at all pushy and I felt that we were able to lie on as many beds as we liked without feeling pressurised by the assistant. The assistant dealt with the paperwork quickly and efficiently. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

We made our purchase at the Newcastle Underlyme store and assisted by Jake. On the first visit of the day Jake was friendly and warming offering us help if we needed it, also made my parter and I a drink. Jake printed off the dimetions of the bed for us to take home. We went home to mesure before coming swiftly back. Jake greeted us again in a professional and kind manner. We asked for help choosing mattress and pillows. Jake made us another drink and invited us to try some matresses with our chosen pillow. Jake did not push the sale and offered us to try different types and qualities of matresses ourselves. Jakes knowledge of different matresses was great, really helped us chose. In the end we decided on a more expensive mattress, with jakes knowledge and an un-pushy sale. Whilst sitting down for the finance paperwork to go through Jake was chatty and approachable. Jake mentioned if there was any problems to call the store and ask for him or the other lady who helped us in the shop. Jake really does deserve recognising not only for his great people skills but his knowledge and passion for the job too.

Always a good choice, good value

Staff were friendly and attentive. The mattress we liked was mislabeled and more expensive - staff were apologetic and provided a discount on the actual price. Very happy with the product and service received

The patience of Dina the member of staff dealing with us was very helpful. Whilst she was obviously very knowledgeable she was willing to give us the opportunity to make our own judgements about which purchase we would ultimately make. The choice available in store was sufficient for us to make an informed decision and overall we were pleased with our visit.
