Welcomed upon entrance, was shown about colour coded items, then left to walk around until I needed help and they were very helpful. Resulted in a purchase

As soon as we entered the store there was a member of staff ready to help.She explained the different mattresses and directed us to suitable purchases. We were asked if we would like a coffee and then Vicki was on hand to help without being obtrusive,lovely lady.

Andrew answered all of our queries without any problems and showed various options available to match what we were looking for. Once we had made a decision based on advice from Andrew the purchasing process was very straight forward and explanations given along the way. The whole experience was pleasant and without issues. This is the second time we have used Dreams and would not hesitate to return or refer others.

We entered the store and saw the ideal bed that we were looking for straight away, Vicki the assistant was fantastic sorting the ideal mattress and was friendly in her approach and sorted the finance out in no time with the best plan for our needs. I could not say enough for the service we had from Vicki and her help was second to none, great experience and will definitely be back and I will be recommending Dreams to my family and friends.

We knew what we were looking for straight away and the sales assistant was very efficient and helping us with to choose a mattress.

Andy was very helpful with the products available, we didn't feel pressured in purchasing and when we needed more information on some beds, Andy made us feel at ease to approach, he gave us plenty of options to choose from. he was very friendly and gave us step by step information on our purchases. we would highly recommend him.
