The assistance we received was brilliant. We were asked all the right questions and offered drinks whilst we was going through the sale. The lady we had seemed to know her stuff but was also happy to ask other colleagues anything she didn't which made me feel better on our purchase.

I just want to say thank you to Jake who was very helpful. From the minute i walked into store jake and another lady sorry i dont know her name, were very pleasent and helpful, they both went out of thier way to help me. Thanks guys great customer service.

We visited 1 hour before closing time and there were no other customers in the store. We had the full attention of "Andrew" he was very friendly and pleasant and really helped us find what we were looking for. I had already seen a bedframe online so it was just the mattress to find. We absolutely loved the experience on the sleepmaster machine, we went direct to the recommended mattress and it just felt perfect so we ordered it. We cannot wait to receive the goods and were extremely happy with the short lead times.
