My wife and I had spent a lot of time standing around at your competitors awaiting advice and assistance. We came to Drems and ....... hey presto immediate assistance, the offer of a cuppa - what else could you ask for - spot on

We were very satisfied with the level of service and knowledge of the person who served us at Dreams, she took time to understand our product needs and was able to recommend a choice of products that were designed to help the neck problem my wife had, which we found very helpful and guided us to select the best product to suit the sleep problems she was experiencing due to her on going neck problem.

The knowledge of the staff was exceptional. Extremely friendly service, drinks offered. Store lay out explained for where to find the products and how the products were colour codes for what.

Nice welcoming when I entered the shop, managed to find what I liked straight away, Vicki (Dreams Colleague Eturia Way) helped me out and spoke about the products, a lovely and helpful lady. I was offered a drink when sorting out my order and payments. Vicki was very clear with what she was saying, expert advice had no problems. I can’t wait to receive my brand new Dreams furniture! The lay out in the store made it easy to see what beds and mattresses were on offer. The whole store was also clean and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful and didn't push for a sale like some sales people do. They were very helpful in explaining what the labels meant and the coloured runners. Overall very pleased with our visit and purchase.

Andrew was really knowledgable and helped us choose the right mattress for our needs. He showed us all options and allowed us to spend time testing the mattresses. He gave us good advice on each one. He offered us a drink, which at the other mattress stores we visited didn’t offer. Andrew was not pushy like some sales people and made us feel completely at ease. He made sure we purchased all that we needed and offered us a fantastic deal. We will recommend Dreams highly to anyone that needs to purchase a mattress in the future.

The Dreams shop assistant who served us ws excellent. We told him our issues with our current mattress and he explained why this was happening and directed us to the mattresses which he considered would suit us best. He explained everything about them and his knowledge of the products was excellent. This was the first shop we went to and usually I would shop around but we were happy with the product so bought it there and then.
