I was served by Andrew, who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I learned a lot about beds, sleep and the importance of choosing the best bed for me personally. I tried a number of beds and was given time to consider my options over a good cup of coffee. I felt supported in my choices without at any time feeling under pressure - something important to me. I chose a mattress, bed frame and Tempur cloud pillow. I would recommend the Dreams store in Stoke-on-Trent to anyone interested in buying a bed or bedding - and I intend to go back myself. Dina,who attended my wife and me,was helpful,courteousand knowledgable about the product in the store .which I find to be a rare thing these days. and she was sensitive to our needs and requirements. Andrew from the Basford, Stoke-on-Trent store pleasantly greeted and introduced himself to us on entry into the store. After establishing what my requirements were helped make choosing the right mattresses easy. I would highly recommend this store for the high level of service given, personal assistance, knowledge and quality of the products.

FRIENDLY STAFF GREAT PRODUCTS

on arrival we were greeted within a minute of entering. Dina asked if we need assistance, we said we were ok. after looking around the store for a while Dina asked us what firmness of bed we were looking for. she showed us what we were after and explained all about each mattress. she then left us to decide what was best of us, she the completed the transaction very quickly. we purchase are last bed from dreams and will do so again

good range of choices in store and order options, sales were helpful and knew a lot about the products, only small gripe we were not left alone to look around for a long enough between an unasked for visit
