Welcomed to the store by a very pleasant lady called Jane, with a nice smile. She took me to the area I needed to go to look for the bed I required. She told me to try a couple of beds to make sure which mattress I felt most comfortable with. She offered me a drink and sat going through everything i needed to know about the bed. I was recomended by my Grandson to come to dreams as he had purchased a bed from you and he had been treated the same.

On entering the premises we were immediately put at ease and made to feel comfortable. We were given a complete overview of mattresses available. and offered beverages while we browsed. When we had some ideas, of what we liked further assistance was given and the differences explained. once we made up our mind the assistant helped with purchase and the delivery date to suit ourselves. The assistant was very knowledgeable and polite and made the whole experience very easy. we should of come sooner!

With the the experience of the store assistant and the amount of beds to try in store, me and my wife managed to find the mattress we wanted. This is the second bed we've bought from dreams and both times have been satisfied with the product.

The store was well-organised with multiple beds and price information clearly visible, which all helped with assisting on my selection. I had visited the Dreams website before hand to make some provisional choices, but actually seeing the beds in store organised in the fashion that they were greatly helped me to narrow down my choices and finally make my selection. The store staff members were friendly and provided assistance when it was required. For the purchasing process, again the store staff were very helpful in providing information on the options for the bed itself, and additional items that would be useful for the future, such as a mattress protector and the option to have the bed professionally assembled. All in all, it was a fast, efficient, and pleasant service from start to finish, and on the strength of this visit and result I would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

My wife and I both have problems with Athritis and various ailments and upon explaining the problems to the store assistant she directed us and advised us to what was available to meet our requirements .Without her knowledge of the various products available to us i think we would have struggled to find the right product to meet all our needs.Im very pleased with the service we had.

We were very happy with the help from a store colleague, he was very friendly and very helpful, my two daughters were looking for mattresses and he even spoke to them and asked them what they wanted and they loved it as he didn’t leave them out. Then myself and my husband purchased a bed and mattress also after the great customer service and help. We highly would recommend people go to this store looking for bed products.
