From entering the store the assistant (Vicki) was very helpful without pressuring us and her product knowledge helped us in the our choice of bed and mattress fitted our needs and made the experience enjoyable including a lovely drink of tea and chocolate. The store was bright and clean and we loved the background music.

Jane the assistant acknowledged us as soon as we entered the store,she asked us what we were looking for and explained different types of beds demonstrating her knowledge of products to us,she offered us refreshments while we were browsing,she left us to try out different beds and came to us at intervals to ask us if we were ok,she helped us in choosing the right bed for us which we found helpful because we were torn between two choices.We left the store satisfied with our purchase.

Salesperson named Jane was highly knowledgeable and really helpful with explaining all mattress products. Impressed that within an hour or so the mattress was chosen and the deal and finance complete, delivery could of been sooner

We had a very helpful assistant and found it easy to find what was right for us

Well it was raining when we arrived my husband was getting my wheelchair out of the boot when the assistant open the doors but we hadn't seen him he came to the car he asked if he could take me into the store while my husband locked the car of course you can I said it didn't finish their he said did we what a drink which was very nice because the rain had made me cold then he helped to find the right bed he definitely went the extra mile Thank you Andrew,!!!!!

We were welcomed immediately when we arrived at the store and given advice on the type of mattress we wanted to purchase, we were given plenty of time to look around the store and the assistant was very helpful and not pushy which we really appreciated, she was able to give us advice on how to compare the products and choose the one we felt was right for us.

Assistant was very helpfuland friendly. We were late going into the store at 19.30hrs but even though the store was closing at 20.00, we were not rushed and he took the time to assist and answered all our questions we had. And helped us to choose the right bed and mattress for my son. I will deffiently recommend in future. Wonderful service and I am very satisfied
