Personal assistant was very good she told and showed us the beds we were looking for she was very professional and pleasant offered us a hot or cold drinks the price of the bed was a bit expensive but you have to pay to get the quality this is the second bed we have purchased of you and also we brought our daughter and son in law there bed to so obviously we have been satisfied with the beds you have sold us

The last who assisted us with the purchase was very knowledgeable and did not use pushy sales tactics. We were offered a drink whilst making our choice and we're overall very impressed with the customer service skills of the lady

Your Assistant Vicki went the extra mile for me to help find the product I required. As it was a 4ft bed the options in the shop were not what I wanted. She very Kindly found something very suitable on the website. The whole experience was very enjoyable and it was very obvious that Vicki loved her job and was very customer friendly. Friendly and knowledgeable service from the assistant. Explained how the mattresses were ordered in terms of materials and firmness. Then left alone to try the beds. No further contact until we requested it which I prefer.i don't like being harassed. Plenty of choice and special offers.
