I found the staff in store helpful and it was very good to try out all the different styles of bed.

From entering the store Jane Parton was extremely helpful yet not overbearing providing all the information for us to make a good choice and then leaving us to choose without any pressure selling.

I had researched the mattress that I wanted to try online, it was available in the store. It was shown on a sprung base and when I tried it, it felt less firm than my requirements. The employee who was assisting me arranged for the mattress to be moved onto a base that was not sprung. The feel was perfect and I was very pleased that she had gone the extra mile to move the mattress for me. Additionally, the mattress came with a half ottoman, I wanted a full ottoman and I was able to purchase the mattress and a full ottoman base separately. Value for money was excellent and I was very satisfied with all my purchases; especially that you will retain them for me until I get the keys to the new house I'm moving into. At a stressful time, my experience at Dreams was a little oasis of calm. Thank you!

We'd been badly let-down by another company who failed to deliver our beds but Dreams and Vicki, in particular, bought a smile back to our faces by being understanding, friendly, engaging and making the experience of buying a bed pleasurable. The store itself is lovely, bright and clean and your beds are competitively priced and top rate for quality.

Very satisfied, was approached by Jane straight away from coming through the doors. We told her what we were looking for and she gave us all of the possible outcomes. She showed us the Tempur mattress', got us a coffee & water and left us to try each bed until we found the one we liked. For obvious reasons we couldn't pay for the mattress that day but certainly will come back knowing which to get. We went away with the Tempur pillow (firm) which will definitely suit my needs.
