Very friendly staff, Dina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, listened to our needs and advised us accordingly, very lovely lady.

We were helped by a member of staff named Dina. She was very helpful and friendly and talked us through everything we needed to know.

We had already visited previously to see what was available, and made a choice of what we wanted. Your assistant Dina talked us through the pros and cons of what we wanted, and at no time tried to pressure us to change our minds for other products.

Andrew the sales guy from Stoke store was excellent from the moment we walked through the door, professional friendly and knowledgeable without being too pushy. listened to what was required then gave recommendations based on this. All in all a top class service from him everything that you could wish for for a smooth purchase.

Vicki was very helpful and knowledgeable. pleasant and very welcoming. I felt very comfortable in the shop, and would recommend friends and family to shop at Dreams as there was no pushy selling, and my husband and I were given plenty of time to discuss what mattress we thought was best for us.

The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us at all for a sale. We explained that we had a few more shops to have a look at and after visiting them we returned and placed the order.

We liked the fact that the machine calculated the best type of mattress for the shape etc of the body. The assistant Andrew was very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful .

Service was fantastic, we were offered a drink and advice and help from the very start. The member of staff listened to our needs and expertly recommended products. They were attentive but not overly attentive. Extremely friendly and they were a real credit to the company
