Dina gave us plenty of time to choose the right bed for us, fully explained each type of bed with attention brought to the requirements we asked for , felt no pressure to buy , good professional experience not always seen today, very satisfied with customer care.

Andy acknowledged me even though he was serving another client. I was always taught to do this in customer services so I notice this. He was polite, friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. I was originally unsure exactly what I wanted and he gave me the advice I needed. He was not at all pushy, otherwise I would have walked! Andy is an asset to your company!

Vicki was extremely friendly and helpful without putting any pressure on us for a sale. She delivered top class customer service and clearly had fantastic product knowledge. The 'comfort analysis' machine was a bonus and helped to narrow down the amount of mattresses to try.

We returned to the Stoke on Trent store as we had received excellent service when we bought our first Tempur mattress last year and had been particularly impressed with the service we received from Jake. We were pleased to see him again in the store this time. He he listens to what you need and then directs you to the right products. Choosing a bed is tricky and a big investment - Jake has great knowledge of the products and gives you the time and space you need to ensure you are happy with your choice. Dreams also has the best selection of Tempur mattresses and the best prices. We also liked the fact that we were able to compare with high end mattresses like the Harrington to check we were happy with Tempur. All round great service and we will always return to Stoke on Trent Dreams for beds and mattresses in the future.

We were left to browse and then were approached by Janet who helped us immediately and showed us to seats to discuss our order. We chose three kids beds and the order was placed straight away and Janet helped us choose a date to match our new house moving date and also let us know if things changed we could contact her to re-arrange delivery. Great service and very pleased overall.

Efficient member of staff. Friendly and helpful but not pushy. Didn't feel rushed.

The member of staff, Vicki was very pleasant from the moment we walked into the store making us feel very welcome offering her broad scope of knolage whilst taking into account what we were saying to offer us the best product that suited us. Vicki made the experience very easy and laid back we didn’t feel under pressure to buy and we felt she went above and beyond her role. Very good member of staff.

The assistant was helpful and knew what she was talking about. My order was placed quickly and efficiently.
