was approached by saleswoman vicki,after looking at some single beds, she expertly explained and showed to myself and wife, various makes and prices of beds, allowing us to try out and lie on the beds,to find the one that suited our needs,it took less than twenty minutes to choose and pay, and enjoyed a coffee while all the paperwork was sorted, would recommend this store, and in particular vicki,who was great

The ladies were very helpful polite and they explained everything about the mattress that I chose to purchase I was given a cup of tea and they gave me a different pillow to try when trying the mattress

Dina our sales representative was brilliant, we went in store just to view and left with 2 beds a matress and bedding

We were looking for adjustable bed and we received professional and quick help from Vicki. She was able to explain how the bed works and she had time for us. She offered us a drink. It was a pleasure to shop at Dreams. We are highly satisfied.

Andrew was very knowledgable on the type of bed we were after (orthopedic) and he knew where they were in store so great knowledge of store layout. He was friendly and non intrusive allowing us time to lay on the beds and decide which best suited us without pushing a sale.
