Andrew was extremely helpful but not overbearing which was refreshing. the price of the product was great with some added extras and delivery date wasn't too long.

The sales asst was particularly helpful. It was almost closing time on a Sunday on a very hot day and I needed to order a bed quickly. The calm manner the asst dealt with me was very reassuring as she understood exactly what I was looking for and made it easy. I've already recommended her/Dreams to a colleague at my work (local council). I'd visited Benson's for beds immediately before but wasn't impressed with the sales person and actually spent more on a bed from Dreams than those for sale in Benson's, interestingly enough, even though I'd set a budget! Great service makes all the difference.

From the minute I walked into the store I was very impressed. I was looking for a specific mattress and while I was looking around the store I was approached by the sales assistant who asked if I needed any help. I explained what I was looking for and he guided me to the exact mattress I was looking for. He was very knowledgable about the make and model and even showed me alternative makes and models for comparison. In the end I purchased the one I was interested in and the whole purchasing experience was smooth and painless. I would definitely use Dreams for my future bedroom furniture needs.

Friendly and relaxed greeting on our arrival, no pressure at all to buy. We had undertaken some research online prior to our visit and we were shown straight away to this and again no pressure to buy it there and then, as some stores do. Staff product knowledge was brilliant, we were allowed plenty of time to try and also other similar products were shown to us so that we fully understood what was also available. The store was very tidy and clean and was a very pleasant experience. Big thank you to Don at the store by the way
