Dreams - Stoke on Trent

I think all the questions that I have been asked cover everything. I would like to say, however, that the sales assistant that served us was excellent in every way. We visited the Stoke-on-Trent store and the sales assistant's name is Dina. As well as her knowledge of the products, her pleasant manner made everything much easier. Choosing the bed was not easy and she was very patient with us.

Dina in the store was very knowledgeable on the products that met my requirements and therefore it was a good shopping experience

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in and was not pushy in her sales.

I found the person I spoke to very knowledgeable about the product and she offred us drink which I found very good.

I first came in and was greeted by the manager Jake. He was very friendly and professional and fully understood my current position. He understood my requirements and with his high product knowledge I came to a conclusion of what I definitely wanted, however at that particular time I could not commit but was definitely returning at a later date. I returned to make my purchase a week later on 20/07/2018 and was then met by Dina. Again Dina was as friendly and professional as Jake and her product knowledge was equally as good. After a bit of a discussion I made my decision and Dina efficiently sorted out my order including delivery etc. It was because of how Dina was in regards to my purchase I decided to purchase further items those items being TEMPUR pillow and a new kingsize duvet. Very good experience.

The youg lady was extreemly helpfull and informative.

Jane was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. We knew what we wanted, but she ensure that she demonstrated the items features. We got exactly what we wanted.

Jane was extremely helpful, nothing was too big or too small. We were quite particular and she adapted well and helped us out to make sure we choose the right mattress. I even ended up purchasing a new pillow whilst there. Overall very good service would 100% buy again and recommend.

all staff at dreams stoke were very professional. in particular Dana and the store Manager. Nothing was too much trouble for them. we amended our order a few days later (we brought another Bed for our son)and the staff were very helpful and made every effort to get them delivered on the same day. I also wanted some bedding for my sons bed which he did not have in stack, although the store was busy, he took the time to call around other stores to see where they had availability and organised to get if for me when he was due to visit site. great staff members and a credit to the company
