The assistant met us on arrival and greeted us. she listened to our requirements and then made some suggestions as to what may suit our needs. she then made us a drink and gave us free time to try out the options after which she expalined all of the differences between the products to help us make up our mind.

Friendly , non pushy sales assistant. Helped us find the right bed and mattress , and showed patience with our hyperactive 8 year old!

Having been to a lot of shops looking for a bed recently the lady that served us seemed to be most interested in getting us what we were after and although our final choice was more expensive than some we had been interested in it was specifically her service and personality that sealed the deal

Staff were very helpfull left you to walk around rather than keep bothering us like in other stors as because we are young couple. when we were ready they were there to help stright away and were amazed with the way that the correct bed could be chose for us we were offered a drink that was really nice. Like I say staff could not help anymore than what they did and evan because of delays with order they apologised

The assistant knew exactly what I was looking for, pointed me in the right direction and dealt with my purchase in a very acceptable way. She was friendly and approachable. We were very pleased with the experience
