I felt that i was given good advice by your colleague (Vicki) and at no point felt pressurised by her,also you have first class equiptment on site to help you to choose your mattress, i thought that was a winner!

Product knowledge from the aasistant but also aware that we wanted time on our own to view products too.

we have always bought stock from dreams and never had any issues with the store or stock very friendly and helpful staff and plenty of stock to choose from, a good choice all round

The colleague Dina was extremely helpful understanding my needs. She explained the different mattresses to me and left me to try a few without constantly asking me questions or pressuring me to make a quick decision.

The member of staff who served us, (Dina), was very clear and informative about the products. We liked the way in which she gave us space to make our own choice and wasn't too pushy about wether or not we would purchase on our first visit. I particularly liked the way in which she honered an old quote which had sales items from a previous period on. To me this is a great gesture of integrity and was the reason that we chose to shop with Dreams Etruria Way, Stoke on Trent.
