lovely bed, decent price, service from Andrew was excellent. Very pleasant staff all round and a lovely cup of coffee.

I was greeted on entry to store,I was given every opportunity to ask questons,and try the equipment ,by a very professional and knowledgeable assistant . My order was arranged efficiently and professionally throughout my visit. I was certainly very impressed by the effort of the assistant to ensure I was aware of paperwork and understood the agreement.I would never hesitate the recommend the store I attended.

Our advisor Jane was excellent using the latest technology bed system to help guide us in our purchase. Using that system it advised on our perfect beds and with the help of Jane, we found the perfect bed for us. We are excited to receive our new dreams mattress and feel very confident that we have spent, which is a huge sum of money for us, very wisely because of the advice and help from your amazing support team. We live in Cheshire so we went to Dreams in Chester but was very disappointed with the shop and service. We then decided that we would look at alternative shops for a bed. Whilst visiting my brother we decided to go in your Dreams Shop in Etruria Stoke well what a difference Excellent service really good knowledge we were so surprised and impressed by Andrew who served us we brought a bed, the knowledge and the experience he has got was excellent. The best honest, experienced, knowledgeable salesperson we have come across. You need to be congratulated for excellent staff at Stoke.

Walked around the shop had a good look kids had a play around but someone did come up to us to offer help with out us having to ask . Very help full explained everything to us which was great as we don't shop for beds and mattresses very often

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money, the choice of price ranges was good. The quality and comfort offered was good. The employee who helped me was Vicki, she was friendly, professional and efficient. And the delivery time was much sooner than I'd anticipated too.
