Very experienced staff, very knowledgeable and friendly

I had all the advice I needed, when I needed it ,but I was also given the opportunity to browse on my own without being hounded by sales assistants. The staff were very friendly and efficient, I was offered a drink, and encouraged to take all the time I needed to make the correct choice. A very pleasurable visit.

The assistant ANDY was extremely helpful to us. He was most polite when we entered the store and fully explained to us about various mattresses. He explained which would be good for us and which possibly would not. He was very knowledgeable.

When we entered dreams the staff were always welcoming and asked if we needed any help. Dina the store assistant quoted us instantly and was very knowledgeable. The store was very clean and and the products were of good quality at great prices.

Very good value for money, friendly staff, no pressure for sale and this is our second mattress from Dreams.

I was highly satisfied with the experience looking for a bed when Jane showed me the bed that the mattress took the pictures of your body to tell you which mattress i would need so that it put me on the right way to go then jane sorted everything out for me.
