We were happy with the amount of time Dina let us look around on it own. Offering help at time to time. We also found the mattress cheaper online a few days later and so Dream’s agreed to refund the difference.

We were met and made welcome immediately on arrival, explained what we were looking for, Jane was very attentive and knowledgeable, she pointed us in the right direction, left us briefly to make us a cup of coffee and then asked if were could find what we were looking for. Overall are visit was a very pleasant experience.

Jane was able to direct us to the products we needed, she gave us advice on the best mattresses to suit our needs and how to identify them in the store. We bought 3 beds and were given a good deal in relation to this.

We visited the store on two occasions we spoke to a couple of people both times who were both polite and answered all our questions,and were very helpful which went a good way to help us decide to buy from this store.
