Me and my partner have never been into a bed shop before, so we didn’t really know what to look out for. The member of staff who greeted us upon arrival was amazing! So so helpful! And thanks to her, we got the perfect mattress- super excited for it to be delivered

Information given by staff was clear and no pressure to buy. Options discussed re alternatives to product we were looking at.

friendly staff didn't rush us let us try as many beds as we wanted well informed delivery in a week good service all round

The assistants were very helpful and attentive without being overbearing, all our questions were answered, the experience was pleasant and we didn't at anytime feel pressured.
