Dreams - Stoke on Trent

We were greeted by Richard who warmly welcomed my mum, daughter and I to the store. Richard listened attentively to my mum about her needs and showed her the mattresses in her price range that most suited her needs. He was compassionate to her needs and mobility and made her feel as comfortable as possible even offering her a drink. He was not pushy, he explained the benefits of the different mattresses and worked in true partnership with her to find her the best product. He even allowed her to call him Steve throughout the whole experience ☺️ Thank you

I went to Bensons and was very disappointed on prices and sales pitch . Richard was fantastic let me know he was there to help but left me to it to look around with my daughter for her new bed

Staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Andrew who was brilliant.

Having made an expensive purchase of a similar item from another leading national distributor within the last 18 months which was less than satisfactory I was delighted with my experience at Dreams

The ship assistant listened to our needs and helped us at every step of the way. Everything was clearly explained to us and we were pleased with the ease in which we were able to purchase our new bed. The delivery day was 13 days after purchase. I thought this was really quick considering it's a new bed, there was a sale on and it was boxing day. Can't wait for it to come now. We also bought new duvet and pillows... again the assistant advised us on which 1 to get based on what our needs were. Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend dreams again.

The staff were incredibly accommodating as we had come to the store with our 2 & 3 year old daughters who ran riot. The staff were helpful and fortunately we’d tried to arrive in store first thing to avoid disrupting other customers.
