Great customer service, from walking in the store. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

On entering the Basford store ,Stoke on Trent ,we were met by an assistance called Andrew ,the first thing he asked would we like a drink , a very nice touch. Andrew was very knowledgeable ,on the mattress we were looking for . We decided on a particular very firm mattress . I noticed Andrew was with another customer , he was polite to them ,and showed them different mattress's , and said excuse me ,as in my ignorance I should have waited . The other customers were fine . Andrew served us ,and the transaction was smooth and quick. If all your employees are well mannered and courteous ,you are probably an excellent company to work for . So a big thank you from us both , will definitely recommend to family and friends. Keep up the excellent customer relationship. 10/10

Dina kept us fully informed of all the lastest retail prices and without Dina,s input we would of probably sourced else where.

Lots of choice on show to look at. Assistant not at all pushy, but there if we needed help.

Andrew was very welcoming when entering the store and helped us a great deal in purchasing a new bed for our daughter and two tempur pillows for me and my wife.

The cheerful welcome by Andrew who quickly understood our needs. He was very competent and aware of the suitability of the product and requirements of our needs.

Dina was very helpful and very customer friendly.And very efficient.
