Dina our assistance was very professional, courteous and friendly. She offered us a hot drink on our arrival and envy questions we had she gave a confidence response. She seemed genuinely pleased to help us in our purchase.

On my first visit I was introduced to the Flaxby range as well as Tempur and Silentnight. I was sure on my return visit that I would purchase a Flaxby but on careful inspection found limitations with mattress design for someone of my height of 6' 5". It felt the bed was too short for me. Jane appreciate this point and didn't try to force me to take the more expensive product and I appreciate that customer interaction
