We were greated and offered assistance straight away, Vicki chatted to us and offered us the computerised mattress majobby that suggests which mattress would be most suitable for us. We were then shown a few mattresses that suited our budget. The sale was processed quickly and ane efficiently. The store was well laid out with an easy colour coded system and very useful cross section samples which helped us to understand the difference between the different mattresses.

All staff were extremely helpful and informative especially the lady who we purchased off. Nice and relaxing experience and nothing was too much trouble for her. Unfortunately the bed is currently our of Stock but worth the wait for the quality of the bed. I have already recommend to friends and will be sure to use again in the future

Customer advisor was fanstastic, his attention to detail and the way in which he engaged, advises and articulated himself was perfect. Definitely a good service from someone who knows how to engage with customers and help the business grow.

Jane was very helpful and very knowledgable about all the beds she showed us. I would definately like to be served by Jane again.

I felt the staff were knowledgeable and let you browse the products at leisure but were on hand when needed and very approachable.

ADVICE GIVEN AND TIME SPENT TRYING THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MATRESSES, FIRM TO SOFT ETC

My husband and I called at the store with grandson in tow, we were all made very welcome,even little Jude was invited to try the beds, assistants knowledge was good but not over powering, we were shown the tempur beds which we liked and the sales assistant did not pressurise us and left us time to discuss whether we were going purchase a bed, after negotiation we settled on the bed and price

WE LOOKED ON LINE SO WE KNEW WHAT WE WANTED OUR SALES ASSISTANT WAS BRILLIANT SHE LISTENED TO US AND SHE KNEW INSTANTLY WHAT WE REQUIRED.
