Absolutely first class service, very helpful explaining the differences with the mattresses, made us buying a bed to suit our needs easy!

The customer service we got from Dina and another colleague prior to her helping was wonderful. My partner and I arrived after a long day of me teaching and we were both greeted and made to feel welcome and offered beverages. We were clearly told the layout of the store and given advice right from the off. Dina then helped us find the firmness we needed by helping us on the mattress finder and once we'd finished she clearly talked us through our options. It was refreshing to have someone not try and force the most expensive products upon us, she ensured we were shown things in our price range and even noted we shouldn't get a bedframe with an end on it as my partner is very tall and she advised that he'd most likely have issues with it. We were certainly those difficult customers who turn up not long before the store closes and whilst we had intended to browse and then return to the store on another day to purchase, Dina was incredibly patient and helped us with our order and we were thrilled to get it completed on the same day. Lovely customer service all round - 5 stars!

We bought a bed that should be comfortable and what we need. after test out many we had had enough of trying them but this one was great

Went with a family to look around the shop .We ended up buying two mattresses.Staff very attentive.The shop was not very busy at the time we came ,so we had plenty of attention ,hot drinks ,playing around .One of the advisers was with us most of the time .We tried diagnostic bed and were surprised by accuracy of the results.Bought one of the mattress recommended by computer .Very satisfied by our visit today.

Richard, who helped us choose the right bed for me was extremely friendly and listened to everything we said to make sure we purchased the right products.

Dina the salesperson did a great job of explaining the best way to choose the correct bed. She explained about the different spring structure and fetched an example to show us. We spent quite a while in store but felt confident when we left that we had made the correct choice.

From the minute we entered the store, Vicki the assistant was so helpful, she asked if we needed her help and if we would like a drink. This was really unexpected and very pleasant. Vicki gave us plenty of time to look at the products and didn't hassle us in the slightest. We went to look at mattresses but were very impressed with the wardrobes and bed side tables too. We were informed that we could use the diagnostic process which helped us decide which firmness of mattress we required and Vicki provided pillows for us to try the recommended products until we found the one that suited us the best. Overall the visit was a very pleasant experience and we will certainly be back for more products once we have made a list - many thanks

The sales staff were all friendly . I was assisted by Andrew who was friendly and quickly understood my requirements. The process of choosing a mattress and the ordering process was clear and efficient. I was offered coffee and was pleased to see that I was given a good size mug not a paper cup. My overall experience was very positive and I would refer any friends or family to my local store. .
