Great service. Electronic bed to advise us which mattress best to suit us.

Had already checked on line that product was on display in store very useful, store sales assistant was very good and helpful.

When Richard served us he gave us the information we wanted with being pushy. He answered our questions and quickly tailored the sale to our needs. He also gave us alone to consider our purchase.

Having rang earlier in the day to see if the item I needed was on display, I was assured by Andrew that it was. On arriving at the store he was immediately available to see us,showed us the product and proceeded with the sale.An efficient friendly and professional gentleman.

The staff were friendly very helpful. Showed me all the material i could have beds, bases and headboards in.

The assistant was impeccable....very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Immediately we were approached with a warm welcome. We expressed our wishes from The visit and the knowledge that the staff had was extremely reassuring. We were shown different mattresses which would suit me and my partner, this was extremely helpful to get an idea. We did not feel pressured and felt the store atmosphere was humble.

We looked for beds in oher local outlets but none provided the the level of customer service we received from Andy. We we able to browse at our leisure and when we had questions they were answerved to our complete satisfaction. The value for what we finally ordered was exceptional.

The sales person was very helpful and informative. He did not rush or pressurise us into a sale. Very pleasant and professional sales experience all round. Thank you to Andrew.

Highly recommended, the store had a good range of mattresses and the store assistant had very good product knowledge. We were measured on the machine and it advised us of the top 6 mattresses that would be suitable for us. This was a great help to narrow down the choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely use this store again.
