Really happy people in store Paul was very helpfull with us and extremely welcoming made us feel relaxed and able to take our time to pick what we wanted and was very patient with us even had a laugh with us unlike most robots you get serving you in other stores

The sales associate was fantastic. Not at all pushy, very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Pleasantly and refreshingly surprised.

Staff were full of knowledge and very polite. Covid safety was lovely to see, and staff interacted with my daughter what her was lovely

First f all we had a small dog, a Papillon, and we phoned first to see if it was ok to bring into the store whilst on a short lead, making sure he was under control all the time. This was acceptable so we went to the store straight away. Dina welcomed us and asked if she could be of any help straight away. We explained what we wanted and she spent the rest of the time showing us all the options. Very thorough. Using the Automatic Bed to assess our specific needs as we were going from our own Kingsize bed to two small double 4ft beds. So it was not a straight forward purchase. However, all was done to our satisfaction.

We were dealt with by rich at the Newcastle under lyme store. He was friendly, knowledgable and made the decision making process about which bed to buy an absolute pleasure (even though our young daughter kept calling him old man) Not only this, rich and his other colleagues in store showed also patience and understanding when our lttke one became a bit too much to handle! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family, all staff that we met and dealt with are a credit to your company.

The gent who served us was really friendly but more importantly very knowledgeable. We used a sleep machine which helped us pick a mattress for my 14 year old daughter. He even offered us some bottled water. He was a credit to your company.
