Approached early on by a member of staff but then left to look around and only approached once more by the same lovely lady after a while, to see if we needed any more help. Nothing worse than being followed around by pushy sales staff! So very pleased with the service provided.

Richard was very attentive - from our description of what we needed he was able to point us in the right direction, clearly knew the product range and what would fulfil our needs. Did not pressure us in any way - allowed us to arrive at our decision at our own pace.

Viki at the Stoke branch was a delight and extremely helpful. Her knowledge was wonderful, offered us a coffee and made us feel at ease
