Dreams - Stoke on Trent

From walking into the store we knew we made the right choice. We were greeted by Andrew an amazing member of staff who showed us to the sleep match it was amazing it analysed what we needed and took a long time off trying out all mattresses Andrew took us to the selected mattresses and we choose the one of our Dreams. Andrew then showed us the Tempur cloud pillows they are amazing and we had to have them. We were offered drinks and we placed our order, all in all a pleasant experience. Thankyou Andrew, and thankyou to Dreams.

The assistant was veryfriendlt, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

Beds clearly highlighted as to what category they were in. Assistant gave just the right amount of information and assistance without being pushy. She explain everything clearly and was very informative.

The service I received from the minute I walked into the store to leaving, having completed my purchase, was exceptional - by far the best I have received at any time over the years.

We entered the store and was immediately greeted by Andy who quickly passed us onto Rich who offered us tea and coffee. He was extremely friendly and professional. He promptly showed us to the sleep Match machine which was a great touch and was very knowledgeable about the stock. He wasnot too pushy and gave us time alone to chat about our requirements

Your staff were very knowledgeable. They showed us the dream machine which worked out a good compromise for me and the wife. Our sales advisor even showed us to a space where the wife could change our baby. Which to me went above and beyond. Absolute top job. The staff were very likeable not too pushy and we didn't go anywhere else to look for beds after. Top effort

The assistant was helpful knowledgeable showed us what we wanted in different price ranges. No pressure to buy we got a great price also after we made our choice we were given free pillows and mattress protector which was a nice touch. Really good service
