We were extremely impressed with our visit to Dreams. We were dealt with by Richard, he was excellent, nothing was too much trouble and he was with us throughout the purchase of our mattress and other items. The other staff on duty were very helpful and friendly and made the visit very enjoyable. We also purchased some bedding, we are now looking forward to delivery of our mattress which is only just over a week away. I have already recommended a friend who is looking for the same product. We used your bed which gives your recommended mattresses for your age and needs, this really helped us select our product. Very impressive visit.

The customer services lady spent a long time with us taking us to the beds that repreented our needs. We didn't feel rushed. We were encouraged to get a pillow of our choice and to lie on the beds for as long as we needed. We were offered drinks etc.

Dina the assistant was very knowledgeable on all products,very polite ,and very helpful.

Jane is as a very friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant. I was buying a mattress for my Autistic daughter and Jane was extremely patient with her and made the experience a good one. We were offered refreshments and my cappuccino was lovely. Will definitely be going back.

We were told about the sleep match test bed so we decided to give it a go and were impressed. It showed us we were better with a medium mattress and I always thought we should have a firm mattress so pleased we used it. Richard who served us was very helpful and knowledgeable. Good experience.

From walking in to the store we felt spoiled. Andrew a fantadtic member of the team and to whom you are lucky to have, assisted us in our every need and requirement. We went on the sleep match machine, which we had never seen before to assist us with our needs it was fantastic and then shown to the matress we needed, we were shown tempur cloud pillows once we tried them we had to have. We were offered drinks and received a total break down of cost and a step by step to what happens next. All in all a good experience and i will highly recommend Dreams.
