The customer service rep Jane is n expert in her field and has a great depth of knowledge and understanding for her customers needs. The computerised "mattress analyser" (can't remember its real name) was superb an gave us more confidence in buying your products and knowing it was the right one for our needs.

Excellent service from the Sales Assistant who was helpful and friendly without being "pushy". She also gave us time to go back on our own and try each of the mattresses we'd selected and discuss them more fully.
