The man who served us was so nice . I think his name was rich. He took us to the bed computer thing offered us a drink and made us feel welcome and was not a pushy salesman !!!

Richard welcomed us into the store. He offered us a go of a machine whice told us what mattress best suited us which was a great experience.Richard offered us both a drink which my husband accepted and was lovely.Richards knowledge of the mattresses was extremely good and he took us to the mattresses the machine said suited us best. There was no pressure sales and it was what best suited our needs. We narrowed it down to 2 mattresses one cheaper than the other. Richard gave us time to try both and chat about which one we wanted to buy. We went for the dearer one, at no time did Richard pressure us. At point of sale Richard asked if we wanted to buy the pillows we had been using but they were a bit expensive for us. He also offered us protection but we did not want it.Overall a brilliant shopping experience. A big thanks to Richard for his time and patience.

Customer service was excellent

Really helpful staff who knew exactly what we needed for our son for his big boy bedroom. Very efficiant and friendly. Great product knowledge and fab at finding us a real bargin and ideal mattress. We even came away with 4 free pillows which was fab too. The staff helped us get it into our car and customer care was amazing!!

Sales assistant was extremely helpful. we ended buying more than we intended to when walking into the store. But were very happy with our purchases. We have since returned and bought more mattresses. Loved the idea of offering a hot drink while you shop. Dina our sales assistant was very knowledgeable and left us feeling confident we purchased the right type of product and the offer of 30 day comfort is very useful.

Very friendly and helpful staff nothing was to much trouble even down to to us asking questions about pillows explained everything about the mattress we purchased Ended up buying pillows also Only went in for a quick look

Friendly staff without being pushy.Very helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all products from beds to pillows. Very attentive and listened to my needs and seemed very genuine. No pressure selling. The products speak for themselves.

Professionalism of sales assistant

Service was excellent, but it was also important being able to try a range of different beds based on the recommendations of the scanner.

Walked in the door and was immediately offered assistance. We were shopping for a mattress. Assistant took us to the bed machine which tells you what mattress type. She showed us the relevant mattresses and used pillows more suited to us (firmer). There was no pressure to buy, after showing us the options, we were given time alone to consider and discuss.
