Dreams - Stoke on Trent

Both myself and my husband were very pleased with the service and attention we received . The store assistant understood immediately what our problem was and recommended we use the dreams tool to help with our needs. My husband doesn't struggle with any back problems but I do and the mattress had to work for us both. The assistant was very knowledgeable with theses requirements.

As we walked in through the door Dina approached us and asked if would like any help. She was friendly and not pushy at all. She explained the pricing to us on the tickets ,offered us a drink and then left us to browse as we requested. We spoke to Dina and she offered us the computer bed to test which matteress would suit us best. Again this was not awkward at all as she left us to it once she had completed the screen. She then gave us the list of matteress let us try them answered questions etc then leftvus to try on our own. Im very shy so normally would never try the mattress etc but Dina was lovely and made our visit stress free. I felt at ease and fidnt feel pressured in any way.

Good support from the staff who helped me narrow down my choices quickly, based on budget and comfort. It was all nice and quick and we took our mattress away with us, all neatly rolled up.

Dina was very helpful and answered all our questions. she's ordered our bed and mattress and agreed a mutually agreeable delivery date. Not able to fully comment on the received product yet (as it's not yet been delivered), but don't expect any problems as we've seen (& tried) the in the showroom.

I phoned earlier and spoke to Vicki. She was warm and friendly and answered my questions easily. As I walked through the door she greeted me and led me straightaway to the dream bed machine. It couldn't have been quicker or easier. I certainly enjoyed the experience. We tried the different choices of mattresses and Vicki was so kind and patient. Not a bit pushy at all. It took me a good while to decide but I bought the correct mattress I'm sure. Other colleagues brought us hot chocolate and I had sweets for the grandchildren. It was almost like a day out! Peaceful, quiet and uplifting. It made me almost forget my painful back injury. Vicki was fully aware of my back and showed great patience and kindness. I wish all shop assistants were like her. Thank you.

Charlotte went through various different option to best suit our son's needs and the extras of storage or desk where applicable.

We were greeted by the very friendly vicky and then equally friendly dina. No pushiness or pressure. We were allowed to browse as much as we needed with staff always there if we needed to ask anything. I work in retail myself and was treated exactly how I like to treat my customers. We had planned on going round to lots of bed stores today... Dreams was the first and last stop 😊

It was the first time we had been to dreams and very impressed with the store and the salesman was outstanding with is knowledge and pleasantness we had a very interesting chat and an excellent coffee
