Knowledgable and friendly staff. The customer service of Vicki our advisor was spot on. She was there to help but at the same time didn't make us feel rushed or under pressure to make a decision. Vicki was aware I had a back issue and had had problems with previous mattresses we had purchased and gave us space and time to make an I formed choice. I have had many beds and mattresses from dreams over the past 10 years as the service is always great and the products are of a good quality at a competitive price

Andrew who dealt with us was fab. Nothing was too much trouble, offered us drinks, colouring for our daughter, found us a great deal on a bedframe, mattress and accessories etc. Accommodated our current house situation, as we are moving house within the next month. Andrew the sales advisor was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable about the products. Did not feel pressurised into making a purchase at all but assistance given promptly and sufficiently in a professional friendly manner. Only called into Dreams on the way home after visiting other stores, so glad I did.
