Excellent friendly service from start to finish, very knowledgeable member of staff, never felt rushed to make a final decision on the item we purchased. We were very impressed with the in store system that helps you to select the correct mattress .

Quick help, as soon as we entered the showroom. I have a back and hip problem and had only had my current mattress 8 months (from a different company), so I was very concerned about this mattress being right. I got upset at one point and Vicki was very patient.
