Mario the sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He narrowed down the choice of mattresses immediately so we weren’t overwhelmed and advised on the type of bed frame . I really made something I was anxious about a real pleasurable experience. Buying a bed can be quite stressful as it’s such a big part of life

Jane was incredibly helpful and polite and extremely knowledgeable about all products in store. We came in and described what we were after and she found the perfect product that we ended up purchasing. We were offered hot drinks and at no point did we feel pressurised into making a purchase, it was genuine customer service would 100% recommend!

Vicki who served us was knowledgable and friendly, and even though we were late arriving at Dreams she never rushed us or made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She was helpful, friendly and professional throughout. She is an asset to dreams.

Greeted by friendly staff and offered a drink shortly after entering store. The mattress matching worked perfectly and given the sale at the time and the informative staff we feel safe in our purchase.

Do not have enough good things to say. My local store is a good sized store, has a wide range of styles of both mattress, bed, and furniture. It’s clean, has a customer bathroom, great disability parking and entrance, the whole store seems wheelchair friendly and they’ll even offer you a drink. The staff are what make the difference, they’re knowledgeable and friendly but not at all pushy. But what’s better is that they go that extra step, so they stay over time, they let you change your mind and be a pain and tell you you aren’t being pain even when you know you are. Lol. They actually know me by name now ive been in so many times. Lol. They just put the customer first. Which is unusual these days.

Great sales assistant who was friendly and knowledgeable. Felt as if nothing was too much trouble. Gave us alternatives whilst considering and deciding upon bed choices.
