Dina was amazing! Was told about each product in detail, also didn’t feel pressured into committing as left to decide for a “long time” until we were happy with the product we wanted to buy.

Really friendly and thorough

I was offered assistance from the point that I walked into the store, and my requirements ascertained early on, which saved time in not looking at products that were not suitable. I was shown a variety of suitable products in various price ranges. The staff member was very welcoming and friendly and made me feel at ease, and not feel I was under pressure to make a purchase too quickly.

The lady that served us and completed our order was very helpful. Answered all of our questions. She was very patient with us when it took us a while to make a decision. I am very happy with the overall customer experience.

The employee named Paul helped us. He was nice and determined to help us. He really took the time to help us find the perfect matress for our needs even though we were very picky. If it wasn't for Paul we would probably not have bought a mattress at Dreams that day.
