Our Salesperson, Jane, was very knowledgeable and suggested we try 'Sleepmatch'. Jane then took us through a selection of mattresses as suggested and also what we would have tried. She was very patient, allowing us to try and then discuss and then try again. She couldn't have been more helpful.

The salesman Richard remained very attentive throughout, providing lots of guidance & listening to what we were actually looking for within specific price bands. We found the the 'sleep machine' which works out which mattress is best for you to be a valuable gadget in finding the perfect matress for my daughter. Without this experience, I would have potentially purchased the wrong type of mattress to suit her frame & natural sleeping position. We were really impressed.

we found the assistant to be very helpfull indeed, we also found the bed which we had seen online very quickly instore and were highly satisfied with it, we then picked a new mattress and headboard, so very pleased with our purchases.

It was our first time in a bed shop. Keith explained everything and we didn’t feel judged for having a small budget. Keith helped us around our budget but also o to help us get a good night sleep after becoming new parents. We did not feel pressured to buy the most expensive. Rich was also very helpful at finding us an even better deal on top of the deal we already had. Everything was explained throughly and I will return (hopefully not for a while, I’m hoping it will last a long time!) All staff very friendly, and knowledgeable, not just about beds but making ourselves feel comfortable. Thankyou
