Dreams - Stoke on Trent

Staff member Andrew was very knowleagle about products we used the dreams experience mattress to assess our requirments. it highlighted 4 poss suitable mattresses and he sowed and explained all 4 products in great detail. we then chose one and aheadboard and also pillows he recomended. excellent proffesional experience delivered by Andrew our sales assistant.

Richard was very friendly and showed us a range of mattresses in the shop and offered us a drink too, he also gave us time to discuss options and let us try the mattresses out without rushing us :)

Jane at Stoke on Trent store had a very good knowledge of the beds in store and helped us to choose the right bed for us.

Very VERY impressed with Dina. Extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and did not makes me feel in any way pressured to purchase. I have recently under gone both a knee and hip replacement so needed to try out several mattresses to make sure they gave me enough support. Dina was extremely patient and did not point me towards the most expensive mattresses but spent a good half an hour allowing my to try various ones, backed up by her knowledge. All in all a very pleasant experience for an 83 year old. Please pass on my thanks to Dina - she is an asset to your organisation.

The assistant was very friendly and informative. Not pushy, which I appreciate.

The sleep match machine was having IT issues. Vicki was very persistent with the machine and allowed us to try several times to make sure it would work for us. It did not work despite her efforts as well as seeking assistance from another colleague. They restarted it for us also but it was not willing to work. They promised the issue would be solved on our next visit the following week. Which they had resolved and remembered us from our visit before. They were incredibly welcoming and very dedicated.

Dina the member of staff who assisted us was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. She listened to our needs, we didn’t feel rushed, we were left to make choices when needed knowing that she was nearby if we needed advice. I felt reassured that my experience of buying a new bed and mattress was important and individual to me and I was given the time I required.
