We had a great experience in store, we visited the Stoke store after a few weeks of thinking about a new mattress. After not buying one for a while we walked in and immediately didn’t know where to start - until Jane approached us. She was really friendly and asked what we were looking for before taking us over to the sleep match machine, which was amazing!! There was something I liked about all the beds recommended (Jane showed us every single one and was really patient with us going back and forth), I ended up choosing a bed I probably wouldn’t have as I thought I needed a firm mattress but it actually told me soft was better for me. Really pleased with the service, Jane wasn’t too pushy or anything sales wise, she even offered us a drink which just made us want to go ahead. Very happy customers and will definitely return when we move house in the future!

The assistant Jane was very polite and helpful and knowledgeable during our visit at the store .

The staff were great, not too pushy. The stock of beds and mattresses was fine. Overall very happy.

Andrew the salesperson was very helpful and nice (we had our three small children in tow and amazingly it was still a relatively painless experience). He didn’t rush us, found somewhere nice for the children to sit (and they felt comfortable, happily watching cbeebies on the tablet) so we were available to have a good look around.

The attendant listened very well and was very warm and friendly

As we entered the store a colleague made themselves avaliable to us, they took us to the sleep measuring machine and then showed us a line of products that suited our needs. She offered us a brew as let us look around to make our decision. As soon as we told her we were ready to buy she took us to pay and even advised on how to get the mattress in my car.
