After visiting yourself a and a number of your major competitors I felt that the experience and knowledge of Dina in your Stoke on Trent store was far superior to other we had spoken to witch gave me great comfort and reassurance when making such an importance and valuable choice on our next bed and mattress. Her friendly and approachable nature gave the perfect balance of advise and product knowledge to guide me through the endless choices available in store, We finally made our choice and ended up staying over after hours on a weekend just so we were able to finish our business never once mentioning we had stayed after closing hours or rushed, in fact I hadn’t noticed the time but it just goes to show that nothing was too much trouble and the class of staff you have working for you. The assistant was very helpful, asked us what we were looking for and listened to our needs. She wasn't pushy but yet was available when we needed her.

Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable. I wasn't sure what kind of mattress to buy. Paul helped me to look for what I wanted specific to my needs. The process of buying was made easy and quick, with a smile too. I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable as it was quite strange at first laying on a bed in front of strangers. Overall a great experience purchased just what I wanted, and I will definitely be recommending the store and to buy in person rather than online.

Dina was amazing! Was told about each product in detail, also didn’t feel pressured into committing as left to decide for a “long time” until we were happy with the product we wanted to buy.

Plenty of staff on arrival. Alcohol gel available. Shop not crowded. Lots of choice and price range. Got to use the mattress analyser. Sales assistant gave us space to talk alone and take time trying several beds. Supplied pillows and protective roll.
