Great service

Ex war veteran after sustaining an injury to my spine. Jane was attentive to my needs, put me on the bed analysis and chose right the first time out of a list of beds. I tried them all but I came back to the first one. Jane got a coffee and gave me use of the toilets. As I’m disabled and had my military discount card Jane got me discount for which I was very grateful. Excellent service all round and looking forward to taking delivery of my new mattress for a much better nights sleep with hopefully less pain. Thanks guys, I’ll certainty be recommending you guys to all I know especially ex military personal.

Dina the saleslady was friendly and approachable without being pushy. I was given the guidance of what mattress was suitable for me and shown where these were around the showroom. I was left with ample time to explore the options without feeling pressurised into a sale. Dina's knowledge of the products was spot on and she went out of her way to ensure that I had tested enough mattresses to ensure I found the right one for me. I experienced a lovely shopping experience which is vital when spending a lot of money on a single item. The little added perks of the free side sleeper cushions were greatly accepted too!

Dina in your store was brilliant, she certainly knew her stuff. She listened to all my requests.I went into the store for a first look, I was so impressed with the service provided by Dina and thought that no way would any other store that I had visited in the past be this good now. Unlike me, I usually take time to decide but I bought the frame and mattress there and then.

The analyser machine was very good and helped with choosing the correct mattress. Vicki was excellent, helped us when we needed but we did not feel too pressured

Once I entered the store I was immediately greeted by Jane. I explained the reasons why I was considering purchasing a new mattress and bed, due to back and hip pain. Jane took me to the Sleepmatch machine which was an incredible piece of kit. It provided suggested mattresses to suit me as side sleeper. Once the results were output, I was accompanied to test out many different mattresses and was amazed at the level of information provided to me about each. Before my first test I was provided the most comfortable pillow I have ever known! Even while my order was being finalised I kept it with me :) All my very many questions about mattresses, bed bases, frames and headboards were happily answered with a great depth of knowledge. Throughout my visit I was offered drinks, and did have a coffee. The level of patience the staff had with me was outstanding - I was in store for over 2 hours!! All the staff at the Stoke branch were incredibly welcoming, helpful and pleasant throughout my visit and I will definitely be recommending Dreams to family, friends and colleagues. I am extremely excited to receive my new bed in only 9 days after my order was paced!
