First visit to the store, friendly staff Dina who made all 3 of us comfortable especially my 3 old boy who was co-operative and enjoyed the experience. I liked the bed assessment station which was interesting exercise and helped to narrow our choices in a large store with so many options to pick from, Thank you so much for your help Dina, will come back in future and recommend to Family and Friends.

We had purchased a new bed a month previously, and as then this second time we came back for a further two purchases we were welcomed and treat as before but this time by Vicki

We found the staff helpful and knowledgeable, we also found how accurate the mattress choosing computer was and made choosing mattresses to try quick and easy, especially with a 3 year old in tow.
