The bed where you check to see what will suit you was an excellent idea, and very quick. We would probably have gone for a medium, rather than firm bed without this. Salesperson - Vicki - was very welcoming, explained our options thoroughly, made a good cup of tea, showed us each bed on our list and gave us time to test them all. We did not feel pressurised or rushed at all. NB Our daughter had bought a bed from the same store a few weeks earlier, and recommended Vicki.

I was Highly satisfied because the sales assist who I think was called Andrew. Listened to what I required and went straight away to the correct matteress. He was very helpful, welcoming and seemed to be interested in getting us the right products and not just trying to get the sale which is why I spent over £1600 in your store and will be coming back in the future.
